A Speakeasy on a Ship? The Independence Seaport is Hosting Speakeasy Nights On Olympia Featuring Themed Cocktails, Games, & More
If you’re a fan of themed parties and events, then break out your 1920’s gear for a pair of speakeasy themed nights aboard the Independence Seaport Museum’s Olympia located at Spruce Street Harbor Park on July 18th and August 15th, 6-9 pm.
Guests at Speakeasy Nights on Olympia will be able to step back in time to a 1920s speakeasy and climb aboard the oldest floating steel warship in the world. These special curated speakeasy evenings will feature games, drinks (featuring new, thematic mocktails), snacks, and the opportunity to learn all about what serving in the United States Navy during prohibition looked like.
Of course since it’s a themed party, thematic dress is encouraged (but not required). Tickets to each speakeasy night are $35 and can be purchased at phillyseaport.org/events/speakeasy-night-on-olympia/
